IDM Online detects a failure before it happens

“Promanalytika” LLP was established in February 2021 to implement the project “Development of the IDM-Online AI-based monitoring system for rotating equipment,” as a joint venture with LLP “Promprivod.” The company is a recipient of an innovation grant for technology commercialization from JSC “National Agency for Innovation Development ‘QazInnovations’.” Within this framework, ongoing work is focused on enhancing the equipment condition monitoring system to provide customers with expanded functionality and services. IDM-Online is designed for continuous monitoring and assessment of the technical condition of equipment components. It enables the detection of the current state of machinery, identification of defect types and severity, and prediction of the remaining service life of components. Diagnostics are carried out without the need to stop or disassemble equipment. The system delivers diagnostic insights to personnel, along with actionable recommendations for timely maintenance and a transition to condition-based service (CBM).
